Choosing the right size
– Chest (1): Measure the chest below the armpits at the fullest point.
– Waist (2): Measure the smallest part of the waist, often at or above the belly button, below the ribs.
– Hips (3): Measure the circumference at the widest part of the hips.
– Sleeve length (4): Measure the distance from the prominent bone on the spine at the neck, over the shoulder, through the bend of the elbow to the  centre of the wrist bone.
– Inner sleeve (5): Measure the distance from the point of the crotch to the bottom of the ankle.
